The Humans & the Environment course has been developed using the base criteria for the AP Environmental Science course.   The goal of the course is to provide students with the scientific principles, concepts, and methodologies required to understand the inter-relationships of the natural world, to identify and analyze environmental problems (both natural and human-made), to evaluate the relative risks associated with these problems, and to examine alternative solutions for resolving or preventing them.  Throughout the year, we will examine global environmental problems as well as those pertinent to Nepal.

Physics helps explain much of the world around you. Much of the time in this class will be spent conducting labs and solving real problems. As a result you will need to work hard and be organized. This course is an introductory physics course that also doubles as a preparation for those students who plan to undertake AP Physics in their future studies.
